The high-temperature flue gas undergoes radiation heat exchange in the furnace and enters the pyrotechnic Tube. Through the use of computer-aided design, each heating surface is optimized, and the furnace structure design is more reasonable. The boiler does not need a condenser, and condensation can be realized inside the furnace body, the exhaust gas temperature can be as low as below 50 °C, and the thermal efficiency can reach more than 104.4% (low temperature working condition).
