The Fangkuai water tube boiler series adopts a double-drum vertical “D” layout structure. The combustion chamber and heating surface are arranged outside the drum. Water, steam or steam-water mixture flows inside the tube, and flame and flue gas burn and flow outside the tube. With the extremely fast steam-water flow rate and excellent water circulation system, the heat absorption rate and thermal efficiency of the boiler are greatly improved. The boiler is composed of two parts: the main body and auxiliary equipment. With the advancement of water treatment technology, it can ensure that the boiler has little fouling after long-term operation. The curved water pipe with a larger heating area has been used to improve various performances of the boiler.
Water tube boilers can achieve higher efficiency compared to fire tube boilers due to their larger surface area for heat transfer and ability to operate at higher pressures.

The furnace wall pipe of the water tube boiler adopts a full-membrane water wall structure, which has a very good pressure-bearing capacity. Under the slight positive pressure combustion state, the fuel can be fully burned to improve the operating efficiency of the boiler. The furnace body has a good sealing structure, and the boiler does not run There will be adverse phenomena of smoke leakage and air leakage.
With the addition of condensing technology, the overall thermal efficiency of the boiler has been greatly improved. The condenser can not only absorb a large amount of sensible heat in the flue gas but also absorb sufficient latent heat of the flue gas. The efficiency of the boiler is much higher than that of ordinary boilers, and the condensation recovery device is made of ND steel which is more resistant to acid and hydrogen ion corrosion. The service life of the boiler can be extended. extended to 20 years.
