Diesel hot water boilers are highly energy-efficient and can save up to 30% on energy costs compared to traditional boilers. And the low-resistance and high-efficiency heat exchange element - threaded smoke pipe replaces the traditional light pipe, heat exchange The rate is faster.
The layout of each nozzle in the furnace is reasonable, and there are hand holes and manholes in the weak link of the circulation, which is convenient for later inspection and maintenance.
The boiler is in fully automatic mode, and the computer controls the operation throughout the whole process, and the heating surface and flue gas flow have been greatly optimized.
The boiler has a large water volume and is not sensitive to load fluctuations, and is also suitable for operating environments with large load changes.
A new type of condensation technology is added to the diesel-fired hot water boiler, and a condenser is connected near the tail of the flue. The high-temperature flue gas releases more heat when it encounters condensed water, and the thermal efficiency is naturally improved. At the same time, the temperature of the flue gas is also greatly reduced (maintained at about 90 ° C), which also makes a contribution to my country's environmental protection.
The PLC building block Luochong module and sufficient reserved ports can meet a variety of needs and reduce the repeated investment of users in the development of special needs. Multiple boilers are networked and controlled without the need to set up a main console. The control system automatically selects the number of boilers to operate according to the user's hot water consumption and distributes the boiler load reasonably, which will not cause a waste of resources.
